Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed trading card game products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on TCG products. This includes booster boxes, individual packs, and sealed accessories.
Once TCG products leave our facility, we cannot verify if packaging has been tampered with or resealed, which is why we maintain a strict no-return policy on these items.
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us at shop@stoata.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to make it right through replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us immediately at shop@stoata.com. We'll cover return shipping and send you the correct product.
